Lucas Homes constructed this residential project in Truckee CA. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. Our clients were interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome, and we did everything to respect these wishes. This Project started out as a 21 unit build, 16 lots were sold and we developed and built the remaining five.
